Prime Minister Justin Trudeau offered his sympathies on Friday to people in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic who were already hit by hurricane Fiona, and warned Canadians on the East coast to be ready as the mammoth storm is expected to make landfall by Saturday morning. “It’s going to be a bad one,” Trudeau said.
