U.S. President Joe Biden said Queen Elizabeth II communicated dignity and a notion of service during her life, as he signed a book of condolences after viewing the late British monarch’s coffin at her lying-in-state at Westminster Hall in London. He paid tribute to the queen on Sunday — the eve of her state funeral. “Our hearts go out to the Royal Family,” the president said.
