Downtown Vancouver business questions city priorities after dumpster graffiti fine

A longtime Vancouver business plagued by graffiti vandalism says it is paying the price for repeat tagging, and as Kristen Robinson reports, its owner is questioning the city’s priorities amid homelessness, a deadly drug crisis, and the VPD reporting an average of four random attacks per day.
