Halton Regional Police Chief Stephen Tanner said on Thursday that one of the victims critically injured in Milton from a shootings rampage across the Toronto-area was an international exchange student and is unlikely to survive. He added that the gun used in the shootings was now in possession of the Special Investigations Unit and that Sean Petrie, the man believed responsible, was not a legal gun owner.
