Royal scramble for parents as B.C. schools to be closed for day of mourning

The federal government declared Monday, Sept. 19 will be a national holiday for Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. and B.C. will follow suit. As Richard Zussman reports, that announcement will impact many British Columbians with the province declaring schools will also be closed.
