Welcoming Week 2022 underway in Peterborough for newcomers

This month, Welcoming America and its network of over 300 non-profit and local government members – as well as a broader coalition of partner organizations – is ringing in the 10th anniversary of Welcoming Week.
That week of initiatives to foster inclusion is now worldwide, with Canada now having three years of participation under its belt.
Peterborough is officially joining in 2022, partnering the New Canadians Centre with Trent University and Fleming College.
