A new home energy retrofit program may be available to Peterborough residents in the coming years after garnering support from City Council. Dunsky, a Toronto-based energy consulting firm has devised the Home Energy Efficiency Program, which would allow homeowners to receive renovation loans in order to make their homes more energy efficient.
