Queen Elizabeth II, Britain’s longest-reigning monarch, was well-known for her life-long interest in animals and sports. Following her passing, British media reported that Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York, will look after the late Queen Elizabeth’s corgis. As for the hundreds of swans along the River Thames, these have now been inherited by King Charles III.
