9/11 anniversary: Biden remembers message from Queen Elizabeth II in address commemorating terror attacks

During his address commemorating the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, U.S. President Joe Biden remembered a message from Queen Elizabeth II in the wake of the tragedy where her ambassador told the American people “grief is the price we pay for love.” The Queen died on Thursday at age 96.
