Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson accompanied by former Lieutenant Governor Janice Filmon, signed the book of condolences at the legislative building on Thursday in honour of Queen Elizabeth II who passed away at the age of 96. Mayor Brian Bowman is also expected to appear at the legislature to pay his respects.
