New air passenger protection rules go into effect to protect Canadian air travellers

New federal regulations have gone into effect which protect Canadian air passengers from last-minute flight delays, and cancellations. Airlines will now have to refund passengers, even when those cancellations or delays are outside their control. Global News Morning speaks with Air Passenger Rights Advocate Gábor Lukács.
