Saskatoon Tribal Council Chief Mark Arcand spoke on Tuesday afternoon to pledge support for the victims recovering from a stabbing spree on James Smith Cree Nation and the village of Weldon in Saskatchewan on Sunday. Arcand says the Saskatoon Tribal Council will help support the families dealing with the trauma of the tragedy.
