Quebec constitutional lawyer calls for suspension of Bill 96

Even while Quebec is in the midst of a campaign, a prominent lawyer is calling for the suspension of Bill 96, the province’s new French language law. Julius Grey is calling on the government to immediately suspend the law and re-write it once the provincial election is over. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
