Edmonton Public wants piece of UCP surplus to fund shortfalls in education system

It’s the first day of school for Edmonton Public students and this year has already has a different feel as COVID-19 restrictions are all but gone. Still, as class gets underway, some are highlighting the shortfalls in the education system and calling on the province to use the multi-billion dollar surplus to help. Nicole Stillger has more.
