Global News cameraman saved by quick action of a stranger and the St. Paul’s Hospital team

Forty-four-year-old Cliff Shim was out for a run with his dog when he suffered a cardiac arrest. A stranger who fortunately knew CPR, saw the dog and found Cliff. The stranger’s quick action helped keep him alive until paramedics arrived. Then, at St. Paul’s Hospital his lungs began failing. Catherine Urquhart has more on the incredible work that was done to save Cliff’s life, to the great relief of his family and everyone here at Global BC.
