A motorcycle driver was taken to hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries after a collision in Cobourg Sunday afternoon.
Around 1:30 p.m., emergency services were called to Elgin Street and Ontario Street.
Reports say a motorcycle was attempting to avoid a vehicle that had left the intersection and was attempting a U-turn.
The motorcycle reportedly skidded and struck the vehicle, sending the motorcyclist to hospital with a reported leg injury.
The driver of the vehicle wasn’t injured.
Police are investigating.
