Vancouver business leaders and VPD officers to tour San Francisco Chinatown

Through the pandemic, Vancouver’s Chinatown has seen a rise in violence, hate crimes, graffiti and encroaching street disorder from the Downtown Eastside. San Francisco’s Chinatown has successfully battled those same issues and on Monday, a delegation from Vancouver is heading south to examine what the northern California city is doing to reform and revitalize the oldest Chinatown in North America.
