Climate change forcing NATO to rethink approach to security: Stoltenberg

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said Friday that climate change is forcing the military alliance to “fundamentally transform its approach to security and defence.” He added that Canada’s presence in the Arctic is important for the entire alliance, especially amid increasing Russian aggression.
