A new virtual school in the province will soon be accepting registrations. The English Montreal School Board is launching the Quebec Virtual Academy. Quebec’s education ministry authorized the school for a one-year pilot project and it’s expected to begin within the next month. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
