Premier Blaine Higgs is clarifying comments from earlier in the week when he refused to rule out an expansion of private health-care service in the province. Higgs says the intention is not to allow fee for service clinics, rather expand the publicly paid for private providers already existing in New Brunswick. Silas Brown has more.
