Retired commanding officer for N.S. RCMP testifies at mass shooting inquiry

The former RCMP commanding officer in Nova Scotia testified Monday at the inquiry into the April 2020 mass shooting of 22 people. Lee Bergerman admitted that more than two years later, none of the RCMP internal reviews into the incident have been completed. Callum Smith reports.
