Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson said during a Monday news conference that the recent video of three Arkansas law enforcement officers repeatedly hitting and kneeing a man during an arrest on Sunday in Mulberry, Ark. was “reprehensible conduct.” Col. Bill Bryant of the Arkansas State Police also confirmed that the officers were “suspended with pay” and that the release of bodycam footage will depend on the prosecutors in the ongoing investigation.
