Flash floods hit drought-stricken southwestern U.S. after months of scorching heat

Water is wreaking havoc in the southwestern United States, with downpours soaking states that had been in dire need of rain. The rains triggered flash floods in many regions and now, millions of Americans are bracing themselves for more flooding. Jennifer Johnson reports.
