United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said Saturday that the UN was working with the U.S. and European Union to overcome obstacles to Russian food and fertilizer reaching world markets. He said part of the deal to ensure Ukraine’s grain exports reach market also included unimpeded Russian access to the global markets of food and fertilizer, which he added are not subject to sanctions by other nations.
