A Scarborough man has been back and forth with an auto repair facility since March trying to get fluid leaks fixed on his Dodge Caravan. He says he thought the $1100 he paid a repair broker and shop would solve the problem. But as Sean O’Shea reports, he has been without wheels for six weeks.
