Toronto mayoral challenger promises more trees while taking a swipe at Tory’s arboreal record

Toronto mayoral candidate Gil Penalosa says the city needs to increase the amount of trees and green spaces and has a plan to do so. While making the pitch, Penalosa accused incumbent Mayor John Tory of not living up to his own 2014 campaign target to put more trees in the ground. Matthew Bingley reports.
