Mother of young child caught in bear spray incident speaks out

Keandra Williamson says her one-year-old daughter was bear sprayed at the Saskatoon Ex last Thursday, saying the incident was traumatizing for her child. According to police, three other incidents at the Saskatoon Ex involving bear spray were reported and are being investigated.
