With prices so much higher than last year, Quebec parents face tough choices as school year looms

New inflation data shows prices are 7.6 per cent higher than they were last year at this time when students head back to school. The Quebec Liberals want the government to double the amount they give parents to help out. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, for parents, any extra money won’t arrive in time to help.
