A civil lawsuit filed in Quebec Superior Court on behalf of more than 100 people claims they were victims of sexual assault and names 88 Catholic clergy, including Cardinal Marc Ouellet of Quebec City. Quebec City Diocese is aware of the filing but declining to comment. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, a woman alleges Cardinal Ouellet assaulted her at an event in Quebec City in 2010.
