Over 10,000 people have died in B.C. since public health emergency declared

There is a grim new milestone for the province. More than 10,000 people have lost their lives to toxic drugs since the drug crisis was declared a public health emergency in 2016. As Jasmine Bala reports, the latest numbers put the province on track to once again break the record for most lives lost this year.
