B.C.’s chief coroner Lisa Lapointe presents preliminary data on Tues., Aug. 16, 2022, of the accidental toxic drug deaths in the first six months of the year. She says the province has also reached a milestone in July of 10,000 deaths since the public health emergency was declared in April 2016.
