Seoul, South Korea saw the heaviest rain the capital has seen in 115 years as a weather system moved over the northern part of the country and prompted the city to take action. This week’s rain has killed at least 11 people across the northern part of the country as of Thursday morning. Power has also been knocked out, and the weather has resulted in landslides, flooded roads and subways.
