Quebec Conservatives hope their new D’Arcy McGee candidate will profit from discontent with the Quebec Liberals

Bonnie Feigenbaum is a well-known former Hampstead councilor and now a former Liberal.
She says the way the Quebec Liberals handled Bill 96 pushed her out of the party and into the arms of the Quebec Conservatives. As Olivia O’Malley reports, she’s hoping discontent with the outgoing MNA David Birnbaum will play in her favor.
