Pediatricians are starting to conform to new guidelines stating they should no longer see children for routine checkups. Instead, parents are being referred to their GPs, even though hundreds of thousands of them have no GP. As Felicia Parrillo reports, the idea is to reserve time for pediatricians to treat complex cases, but parents are taking the news badly.
