China’s decision to cut dialogue with U.S. on climate change punishes ‘entire world’: Blinken

During a joint media availability with South Africa’s foreign minister, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Monday that China’s decision to cut dialogue with the United States on important issues like climate change would punish not just the U.S. but “the entire world, and especially the developing world.”
