Mayor Valerie Plante spoke to reporters Sunday morning for the first time since the deadly shooting spree in Montreal last week. She said while it’s an isolated event, she’s urging the provincial government to do better with its mental health follow-up system and for the federal government to do more than just throw money at the issue.
