New anti-racism training program coming to some B.C. communities

A new pilot project aimed at reducing racist incidents and addressing systemic racism is launching in some smaller communities. Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society Executive Director Karen Hira talks about how it was developed, and why it’s necessary.
