Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Friday that Moscow was ready to discuss the prisoner exchanges with Washington in relation to U.S. basketball star Brittney Griner and American Paul Whelan. Washington has offered to exchange Russian arms trafficker Viktor Bout for Griner and Whelan, according to reports.
