Defence Minister Anita Anand announced Thursday that an agreement had been reached to supply Ukraine with 39 armoured combat support vehicles, and they would begin shipping to Europe later this month. The vehicles had been promised by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during this summer’s NATO summit, however Anand said the agreement had recently been “achieved.” The vehicles will also be supplied with state-of-the-art armour, machine guns and ammunition.
