Extended family of Noelle O’Soup was lobbying ministry to take her in

Noelle O’Soup, an Indigenous girl found dead inside a Vancouver SRO, was in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development when she went missing from a group home in Port Coquitlam. Global News has learned her extended family members were pleading with the ministry to let them take in Noelle and her siblings.
