Montreal’s Osheaga music festival returned this weekend, back to its original annual weekend after it was cancelled in 2020 and hosted in the early autumn in 2021. As Global’s Dan’s Spector reports, thousands of Montrealers and tourists flocked to the event on day two of the three-day festival weekend.
