Marda Loop residents ‘blindsided’ after vehicles towed for ball hockey event

Many people living in Marda Loop were up in arms after waking up to find their vehicles had been towed. Now they’re on the hook for nearly $200 in tickets even though they say they did nothing wrong. Global’s Craig Momney reports.
