Heritage Festival prepares for big crowds as it takes over Hawrelak Park

It’s the height of festival season in Edmonton and one of the city’s most popular events is just days away. After having to scale down over the past two years due to the pandemic, the Heritage Festival is hoping for a busy long weekend. Chris Chacon reports.
