Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam said Wednesday that while the country, like others globally face “limited supplies” of monkeypox vaccine, so far they feel they will still be able to vaccinate those who come for an inoculation. She did stress, however, that high-risk populations need to get their shot to protect themselves and others. Tam also added people should prepare if they need a second dose of the vaccine.
