U.S. Democrats race to protect same-sex marriage, contraception access following overturning of Roe v. Wade

In the U.S., a series of votes have been held in the House aimed at shoring up protections for Americans, following the overturning of Roe v. Wade. In the past week, bills to protect same-sex marriage and guarantee access to contraception were passed – with bipartisan support. As Reggie Cecchini tells us, the votes could get support from the Senate.
