Vancouver council agrees to spend $1 per resident to fight ‘big oil’ in court

Vancouver city council voted Wednesday night on spending around $700,000 on financing a class action lawsuit aimed at getting oil companies to pay for costs incurred by climate change. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey reports on why many are questioning this action.
