In just one week pope Francis will be in Quebec. The Pontiff will be in the provincial capital as part of his Canada trip to apologize to Indigenous Peoples for abuses they suffered under the care of the Catholic church. But as Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, though thousands of spaces have been reserved at various locations for them to meet the Pope, for some survivors the pain they suffered is stopping them.
