A Quebec couple is celebrating an exceptionally special anniversary. Twenty years ago, Theo Wouters and Roger Thibault became the first same-sex couple to be legally joined by civil union in Quebec. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, they are celebrating twenty years of marriage and advocacy.
