In the face of disaster, B.C. Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth said “all levels of government must work together going forward to increase our resilience.” An emergency management trilateral agreement between Canada, British Columbia and First Nations is in the works, he revealed during a federal disaster relief funding announcement on Mon. July 18, 2022.
