Ahead of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival, the young people got to take centre stage showing off their outfits and dance moves. Ahmar Khan reports. Well not only was Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Scarborough, Ont. for Junior Carnival, but he also made an appearance in Bradford, Ont. taking part in the largest Muslim convention in Canada.
